SECURITY POLICY

WiGroup Joint Stock Company realizes that consumers are concerned about how the personal information they have entrusted to us will be stored and used. WiGroup has launched a personal information security policy for organizations and individuals accessing and using the WiData, in response to customer concerns.


If you use our WiData platform, you agree to the collection and use of information following this policy. We will use the personal information we gather to offer and improve the quality of the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this security policy.

1. Information gathering purpose and scope


The WiData platform collects the following information: full name, email, phone number, login name, login password, and customer (member) address. These are the details that WiGroup requires members to supply when registering to utilize the WiData platform. WiGroup will contact members to confirm when they register to use the service to ensure that members receive the advantages.


We only maintain the data of the member's paid order throughout the transaction and payment process. The member's bank account number will not be saved.


Members shall be entirely responsible for the security and maintenance of any service usage activities conducted under their registered name, password, and email address. Members are also responsible for quickly reporting WiGroup of any unauthorized use, misuse, breach of security, or retention of third-party registered names and passwords for WiGroup to take necessary action.


2. Information use scope

The information provided by members is used by the WiGroup to:

  • Deliver services to members.

  • If the member agrees to this condition upon registration, we will send them advertising and promotional materials.

  • Send messages concerning members' and company's information exchange activities.

  • Prevent acts that delete member user accounts or impersonate members.

  • In special instances, contact and deal with members.

  • Do not utilize members' personal information for anything other than confirmation and interaction with WiGroup purchases.

Where permitted by law:

  • The corporation is responsible for collaborating with and disclosing the personal information of members upon request from judicial authorities such as the procuracy, court, and police investigative agencies in connection with criminal activities committed by the legislation.

  • Furthermore, no one has the authority to violate members' personal information.


3. Data storage duration


The member's data will be saved until a cancellation request is received or the member logs in and cancels. In the remaining circumstances, WiGroup's servers will keep members' personal information private.


4. Persons or organizations with access to information


WiGroup will make every effort to ensure that the employees, officials, and consultants stated above who are involved in the collecting and processing of Customer information are aware of and understand the security policy.


Furthermore, WiGroup may be forced by law to disclose your personal information to authorities and government agencies for the sake of national security and safety, as well as other statutory objectives within the scope of this policy.


5. Methods and tools for users to access and change data


Members have the right to self-check, update, adjust, or cancel their personal information by entering into their account and amending their personal information or requesting WiGroup to do so.


Members have the right to file complaints with the WiGroup Management Board regarding the quality of products, services, and delivery time.
WiGroup will validate the information after it receives these replies. If it is as reflected by a member, WiGroup will take appropriate action at each level.


6. Information security commitment


Personal information provided by members on the WiData platform is treated with strict secrecy in compliance with WiGroup's personal information protection policy. Unless forced by law, the collecting and use of information on each member is done exclusively with that member's consent.


WiGroup does not use, transmit, provide, or reveal a member's personal information to other parties without the member's consent.
If the information server is attacked by a hacker, resulting in the loss of a member's data, WiGroup will be liable for contacting the investigating authorities and notifying the member.


WiData's online transaction information, including invoice information, accounting, and digitized vouchers, is completely safe with WiGroup.


When registering/purchasing as a member, the management of WiGroup requires individuals to provide all relevant personal information such as full name, contact address, email, identity card number, phone number, account number, payment card number, and is responsible for the legality of the above information. WiGroup management is not responsible for and does not resolve all complaints related to the interests of that member if it considers all the personal information provided when initial registration is incorrect. 


7. Modifications to the security policy


We shall change our security policy from time to time. As a result, members should review this page periodically to be aware of any changes. We will notify members of the changes by posting a new security policy on this page. Changes will take effect as soon as they are uploaded.
